Violation of RA 9262

Rachel Morcozo y Nares, 34 years old, married, nurse at Tanchuling Hospital

and a resident of Doña Maria Subd. Brgy. Tagas, Daraga, Albay personally appeared
before this office and requested to put into record that since May 2015 her husband
Gabriel Morcozo y Montas, 45 years old, married, seaman and a resident of Sto. Cristo
Street Brgy. San Roque, Daraga, Albay left and abandoned the herein complainant
without giving any financial supports to their child Gerald Morcozo y Nares, 3 years oldd
(D.O.B: 5/9/2014).
Further, complainant averred that for several occasions ever since they lived
together, she also suffered repeated emotional and psychological abuse.

Disposition: Referred to PAO.
