Co-Chair

Aslihan Arikan

As Co-Chair for the Wild Thoughts Humber North Sustainability Event, Aslihan
understands her role as a leader. With plenty of current experience in the event
planning and coordinating sector, she demonstrated her knowledge towards the
sustainability event held at the Humber Student Centre in December 2017. As she
mentioned in her personal credo at the beginning of the semester, Aslihan has proven
to be a trustworthy, passionate leader with a positive attitude, and a drive for success.
She takes pride in her ability to collaborate with her team as well as with her Co-Chair
Mahdiya.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Responsible for overall coordination of event
 Chair class and executive committee meetings
 Prepare meeting agendas for both client and class meetings
 Liaise with client as a key contact
 Oversee the production of the critical path and onsite function sheet
 Details the specific functions to be delegated
 Coordinate rehearsals
 Responsible for assembly of proposal
 Develop and maintain all critical paths
