It is my pleasure to recommend Kristin Rasmussen for teaching positions in South Korea. Kristin
was employed Sullivan + Associates Clinical Psychology as a therapist from September 2013 to
August 2014. During her time with our clinic, she provided psychotherapy services to children,
adolescents, and adults addressing a variety of mental health issues.
Kristin is a reliable and respectful employee who values producing high quality work. She
demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and it was evident that she genuinely connected with
her clients while working as part of our clinical team. She is talented at integrating creative
games and activities into sessions with her younger clients to make their learning enjoyable and
meaningful. This was especially evident when she travelled to other districts to provide services
to First Nation communities. She demonstrated exceptional skills in dealing with difficult
situations and put significant effort into resolving issues related to client health and safety.
As a part of her position, Kristin provided services in approximately eight elementary schools on
a biweekly basis. She excelled at working collaboratively with the schools to ensure the children
were receiving the best services; and demonstrated resilience and focus in her efforts to ensure
that client needs were addressed effectively and responsibly. She demonstrated consistent time
management in meeting deadlines for written reports. Finally, Kristin is a very capable,
adaptable employee who often went above and beyond the responsibilities of her job by
voluntarily taking on additional training and developing presentations geared towards increasing
mental health awareness and skills training for children.
Kristin exhibits confidence and professionalism in all of her endeavours, and as such, she is
strongly recommended as a professional educator at any educational institution. Please call if I
