Duties My duties at Head Start are to provide a daily program of child-initiated activities. Support each childs learning using various strategies including experimentation, inquiry, observations, play, and exploration. Plan developmentally appropriate curriculum for all children. My duties at TLC Childcare were taking care of children ages 3 to 4. Planning lessons for the week. I work with them on their ABCs, 123s, shapes, colors, etc. At Caesars Frozen Custard I did hiring and training of new employees. I did scheduling, inventory, opened and shut the business, and handled customers with or without complaints. At Wal-Mart I checked customers out, returned unwanted items, and kept my isle clean.
