Metrobank Debit, Prepaid & AccountOne MasterCard - Free Ministop Food Favorites

Promo Mechanics

1. The FREE Ministop Pre-Holiday Treats is open to all Metrobank Debit, AccountOne and Prepaid
MasterCard cardholders.
2. Promo period is from October 14, 2016 to December 14, 2016. Redemption period is from
October 14, 2016 to February 14, 2017.
3. Cardholders must use their Metrobank Debit, AccountOne and Prepaid MasterCard for
signature-based point-of-sale (POS) transaction at any MasterCard-affiliated merchant in the
Philippines to qualify for the offer.
4. The cardholder shall be entitled to redeem one (1) free Tier 1 item (1-pc Uncle John’s Fried
Chicken Meal or 1 stick Fried Siomai with Rice + 6 pcs Spring Rolls) for every minimum P1,000.00
single-receipt purchase or one (1) free Tier 2 item (2-pc Uncle John’s Fried Chicken Meal or 1-pc
Uncle John’s Fried Chicken with Rice + 4-pcs Siomai + 1 MySundae Cup with 12 oz. drink) for
every minimum P2,500 single-receipt purchase. Only one (1) redemption per charge slip shall be
allowed.
5. To redeem the item, the cardholder must surrender the qualified, original Customer Copy of the
charge slip and present his/her debit or prepaid card which was used for the qualifying
transaction to Ministop. The customer should retain a photocopy of his/her charge slip prior to
surrender of original charge slip to Ministop for the redemption.
Upon redemption, Ministop’s personnel will validate the Customer Copy of the debit or prepaid
card charge slip which should bear the following:

a. Merchant address (should be in the Philippines)

b. Card Type (should be MasterCard)
c. Name of cardholder (should match the name on the card)
d. Last-4 digit card number (should match the number on the card)
e. Transaction date that is within the promo period
f. Approval code
g. Transaction amount that is equal to or higher than the Minimum Charge Slip
Amount
h. Customer Disclaimer (for e.g. “I agree to pay the above total amount according
to the card issuer agreement”.)

6. Only original charge slips marked “Customer Copy” are valid for redemption. Charge slips
marked “Duplicate Copy”, “Bank Copy”, “Merchant Copy” or “Void” are excluded from the
promo. Faded, not readable charge slips will not be honored.
7. Metrobank and Ministop shall not be obliged to recognize, honor, replace or reissue any
misplaced, lost, faded, altered or stolen charge slips.
8. The FREE item cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
9. Cardholders can redeem the FREE item during operating hours of any Ministop store.
10. Any dispute concerning the products of Ministop shall be settled directly between the
Cardholder and Ministop.
11. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to this Promo, including any dispute or question
in respect of the cardholder’s eligibility, transaction, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc. shall be
final and binding on all cardholders with the concurrence of DTI.
