In order to promote public employment actvities „National Public Employment Exhibition” is

organised in the period from 22nd and 23rd September 2017 by Ministry of Interior of Hungary
third time, in Vajdahunyad Castle of Budapest. In the framework of the exhibiton on 21st
September 2017 an international conference will be held, which takes place / is going to take
place in the marble hall of the Ministry of Interior of Hungary. During the event our guests
will be informed (/are become acquainted / The event will provide information to our guest)
)with the assisstance of the program of the conference about the system of the public
employment and its well-done practices, furtmermore its potential outputs and experiences of
the works of social organisations in Hungary and abroad.

I respectfully adjure you to held a presentation at the conference about „The past, present
and future of Spanish cooperations.” Planned duration of the presentation is 20 minutes.

I would like to cordially invite you to participate(/ I would like to take this opportunity to
invite you) the day after the conference to the ceremonial opening of the III. National Public
Employment Exhibiton, as well to the following event, on which not only you can get
acquainted with the results of value- creating public employment, but also ( besides) can get a
foretaste of the gastronomic specialities, folk music and cultural programs of the partcipating
settlements.
