AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION

I, ARNALDO P. ARDIENTE, of legal age, married, resident of

Purok Zone 1, Brgy. Bagong Silang, Iligan City, after being sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That my parents are Julio Ardiente and Helena Rodrigo

Plaza Ardiente, husband and wife respectively;

2. That my parents were blessed with six children namely:

Arnaldo Ardiente, Isias Ardiente, Francisco Ardiente, Elliazar
Ardiente, Ruben Ardiente, and Osias Ardiente;

3. That my parents acquired a parcel of land at Brgy. Bagong

Silang consisting of 1.361 hectares under Original certificate of
Title No. P-715 (aʼf) issued by Office of Register of Deeds, Iligan
City;

4. That I am presently the administrator of the aforesaid

property, under a document “Revocation of the Affidavit as
Administrator Arnaldo Ardiente, notarized by Eva N. Fonda with
Doc. No. 201; Page No. 40; Book No. Xxxiv; and series of 2014;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of

the facts and circumstance aforementioned.
