Ramen noodles have a lot of calories and carbohydrates. This will make someone not hungry
quick.
Ravioli had meat (protein) in it and a carbohydrate based coating.
Fruit snacks are sugary but have a little bit of fruit in them. This is a snack.
Cranberries from lunch are fruit which is a good source of vitamins.
Milk from lunch is good protein.
Evaluation
When your body consumes more servings than recommended, (I’ll use Ramen
noodles for an example), your body gets too much of a certain nutrient and the nutrient
will likely be turned into fat. However, in this example, Ramen noodles have an
excessive amount of sodium which can lead to dehydration and queasiness because
your enzymes cannot process it all and your kidneys can’t get rid of it all. This is why the
serving size on the Ramen is half a pack; so you don’t eat too much sodium. The
energy that your enzymes convert from food goes to power your body in every way, so
without enzymes it is not possible to convert food to energy. Your bodies goal is to
maintain homeostasis and it will do whatever it takes to stay that way.

How a protein molecule is transported to maintain homeostasis: the protein molecule is

transported through the bloodstream to act wherever it needs to repair or build the body.

How a protein molecule is synthesized to maintain homeostasis: the broken amino acid
chains rearrange in the ribosomes so that they can perform any needed functions.

How a protein molecule is metabolized to maintain homeostasis: the enzyme in the

stomach called peptic is responsible for breaking apart protein.f

How a protein molecule is converted to maintain homeostasis: a protein gets converted

from one protein to a human protein. In this process all that happens is the protein is
broken down, transported to the cells, and synthesized into protein humans can use.

Conclusion
What I learned from this project is that I should focus on eating more vegetables and
fruits because I might be lacking the vitamins that they give me. I should also try to eat
not as much carbs and grains because that was a third of what I eat.
