Rules: drink much water at least 2litres a day that is 2-3 glass in the morning and evening, do
not drink water while eating. Do not drink water 30 minutes before eating, rather drink it 2
hours after eating. Eat a bit salty food, take time to chew very well all your meal before
swallowing even when you are very hungry. Eat morning, afternoon and evening with fruits.
Weigh yourself regularly: 1 time a week, on the same day with the same cloth and at the
same hour. If your diet is well followed you would loose 1,500kg a week. Start doing sport
progressively, swimming, cycling and gym. Cook appetizingly with 2 tea spoon ground nut
oil, palm oil, soja. List your daily meal in a booklet
-fatty pork, fatty sheep, goose, fatty meat, fatty fish, thon fish, lamb, majoiron etc… all fishes
without scales.
Break fast
1/5 of baked bread for 125frs………. Or 1 croissant (without butter). Optional (10g of butter
or 1 TB sp margarine), 4 TB spoon powder skimmed milk (or skimmed gloria milk green
container) or 3TB sp nido milk). No sugar( or 2cubes of sugar if you cannot do without )
1 fruit or one yogurt nature or 1 cheese or 1 boiled egg (do not take more than 3eggs a
week) or tea cup skimmed milk with 2cubes of sugar or nido milk without sugar.
Day3: 1/2 roast fish or 200g of roast meat or 1/4 roast chicken without its skin + 1/2 fruit or
Cereals.
Remarks
You can take 100g of fish or meat in your soup or vegetables (that is meal).
You can use ingredients as much as you want, in your soup or vegetables.
Do not sock your bread into the milk cup when taking your breakfast.
Every meal should be taken as mention and non should be taken which has not been
mention.
You can use coconut oil in cooking vegetables but without tomatoes.
During parties and ceremonies ,eat only meat and fish. You can also drink a bottle of wine;
bear of your choice BUT if excess is taken fruits and milk the following morning just as day 1,
then continue .
