1. Executive Summary

● DESEO DULCE will be operated by the partnership of three

proponents:

Ariola, Liesly

Oclarit, Ma. Jenny

Tiongson, Regina

The proponents will have equal designated tasks from production and
distribution of products, accepting orders and sales recording. Also, the
proponents are tasked to brainstorm for any strategies that would improve
the product and the business.

● Daet, Camarines Norte of the ​BICOL REGION ​is where the 1st Rizal
Monument in the Philippines built by the voluntary contributions of the
people of the Camarines Norte, Led by Lt. Colonel Antonio Sanz with
the help of Ildefonso Alegre of the Philippine Revolutionary Army.

➢ Purpose of the PLAN

● To produce a product that will consist ONE OF THE FAMOUS PRODUCT

of the Bicol region-“PILI nuts”

“PILI nuts” will play a words that will highlights Rizal’s one of his
famous ​Novel​, “El Filibusterismo”.

affordability but also for the nutrients that they could get from
it:

Milk, a great source of calcium that can help making the bones
strong and body healthy;

PILI nuts, a great source of heart healthy omegas, which offer

brain benefits.

● Affordable and Healthy that every time a customer opens and

eat a pack of DD’s sweets, they’ll surely enjoy every bits of it as
relates on the business tagline “Delight in every Bite”.

B. Documentation of Charity Works

We decided that we will give our 50% income for the street children,
because aside from the fact that they really need it, we want to SERVE and
SUPPLY them. Serve, like how Jesus serves the people he loves. He goes out
of his way to make others become a better people. Supply them not only to
provide money, but also allot love and time for them, whom society we saw
nothing, will be transformed and moved to unleash their emptiness.

Thus, even this task end up, we as a group hoping that we will keep in
touch to each other for the continuous of the charity we started and make it
more productive in which our purpose is: It doesn’t matter what they look
like, where they come from or what their social standing is; the bottom line
is that we’ll cause changed for them, in which motivate us to do better for
the success of our product and for the charity we’ve chosen.

Believe in your “product”, if you won’t believe in your product, no one else
will.

Performance task is an act or process of performing a public presentation on

a piece of assigned work, which really give us a hard time frankly, but still end up
to the word SUCCESS.

In this performance task which objects to produce a product that will

highlights Rizal’s Life and Works especially on one of his famous novel: EL
FILIBUSTERISMO makes me more appreciates Rizal’s nobility and creativity, since I
am still in a stage or process of knowing more about Rizal as a hero and as a
person just like us. This task help me realized that even Rizal is an Indio he still
shows off his being a what we called “TATAK PINOY” in way that even where ever
he goes he is still craving for a Filipino delicacies.

This performance task teach me how to be a productive marketer by

appreciating and using and value a Philippine products in order to produce even a
simple product and a small business. Especially in our product, the EL PILI Graham
Balls which the PILI nuts (PLAYs the word of Rizal’s novel EL FILI) is the main
ingredients where it is one of the famous product of the Bicol region where this
region is where the first monument of Rizal was built.

This task teaches me how to value money where based on my experience, I

have to work hard for it for me to have it and used it in my schooling and my daily
uses, and this task required as to be a charitable person for the people especially
children who needed it most, especially those who is hungry and thirsty for them to
lessen their emptiness.

CHARITY is an institution engaged in relief and giving of aid to the poor.

Charity means a liberal in giving to needy people.

​ s we started our business plan, it took a little bit hard for

us to think about the product that we are going to make because there`s a lot of
things that we need to remember in terms of choosing our product and those
things are: the product that we can put Rizal`s life or part of his history. We also
need to think about the pricing of the product, presentation, and how we are
going to sell it, the equipment and the ingredients that we are going to use
during the process of our product.

Each of us in the group were working after school that`s

why we got a problem in our communication and there was a time that we got
misunderstanding and thinking about to stop our plan, we also got a problem in
finding the ingredients of our product because some of it is hard to find in the
market like pili nuts but we still found time for this project because we keep on
our mind this will be a big advantage for us as a business ad student and I can
use all things that I learned from this project in my future.

This is our first time in doing this business plan and it

serves as a challenge to us and also enhances my knowledge and idea in
business planning.

The charity that we are going to do after this project also

gave us motivation to finish this. And because I got an idea in doing the business
plan, I was hoping that I can do better the next time that we will have this kind
of project again.

*LETS PRECEDE THE INSIGHT ABOUT THIS BUSINESS PLAN AND BEING A CHARITY
WORKER…..
Regarding about the making a product us a group. First of all, I would like
to great my group mate being a good partner, however, we don’t have enough time to do
it for a group planning, we understand each other, for the better and success. I learned
how to make a graham ball, so hard to do but enjoy it. Cause when I making a graham
ball, sticky to roll to face like a ball. Very nice to do some graham ball cause if you like to
have a mini business try it, do some graham ball and try to sale.
And how about a charity. When I get a charity, I see everyone the enjoins
and happiness in their actions and faces. It so good to feel that the charity was gracefully
to achieve the beauty of they’re mind. I learned how to budget when I do something
product for business plan, first, it hard to make a product and decide what is a outcome
for product making.
It’s hard to do a business plan, cause this is why I feel when we was
plan it about the product. Many things to try for the preparation of the product, and nice
outcome. Finally we already done our product and then we can sale it as we want. For this
insight, I learned everything that I’m not really expected. So that I’ll be a good marketing
management later on. That’s all.
