Marketing Plan
Competitive Analysis
In terms of pricing, the entrepreneur must consider the affordability of food products based on
the other products of other competing businesses in the covered area. The location for our
dealings is the seaside of Mabilo, New Washington, Aklan. Based on the site, the competition is
tight for having seaside restos lining up. The other restos food products are also based on seafood
which is the same as our products. Like other entrepreneurs, we should observe what others are
lacking and take advantage and gain the opportunity to gather loyal customers. In terms of
experience, other competitors should have the upper hand. They have the knowledge of timing
and marketing strategies in order to gather customers to seek out their products. Coupons for
financial discounts or rebates and promo codes are also being used by the other competitor in
perfect timing for gathering loyal customers.
The competitors offer various kinds of seafood products. Different kinds of fishes, clams,
oysters, mussels, shrimps, scallops, and many more are their usual products. With the same
lineup of products, the competition in the area is based on the favored establishment that is
known for being the best.
The competition is based on seafood products. Seaside restos are restaurants based on seafood
such as fish and shellfish. Expect that the other businesses provide outstanding seafood products
and are already well-known in their covered vicinity. Expect also that they are already influential
in the area and are able to muster a large number of customers on daily basis.
Supply and Demand Analysis
The demand for seafood in Mabilo, New Washington, Aklan is stable and is slightly increasing
based on the population of tourist or travelers. However, there is a big demand for fish in retail
markets and are crowded with costumers. Therefore, Marino Steam and Grill Seaside Resto will
provide fresh seafood products to those costumers who’ve left out on the big need of fish. We
have enough amounts of raw materials so there is no need to worry about shortage.
