Introduction

Sailing Siren came from the combination of the words “sail” and “siren”. When

linked, sail, a mode of transportation that can be used for delivery and siren, someone

who sings with mellifluous chants thus give sense to the business name. It schemes to

deliver cheap seafood with superior quality that ensures to please customers’ senses.

Sailing Siren is a delivery service that will take seafood orders from customers and have

them delivered at their doorsteps.

The business will provide a wide array of products specializing in fishes for the

customers to opt for. Regardless of the mode of purchasing that the customers prefer,

Sailing Siren will ensure that their convenience will be prioritized as the business also

accepts orders from walk-in customers.

With the ubiquitous and increasing number of fast-food deliveries, fresh goods

become harder to acquire. Considering the situation, Sailing Siren will help lessen the

inconvenience experienced by the people by bringing them fresh seafood at the earliest

convenience without them spending any excess amount of energy and money.

Sailing Siren will use the already-owned delivery vehicle by the management. Sailing Siren’s

delivery offers are accessible all around Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela

(CAMANAVA), while the seafood products inside the establishment can be reserved and can

also be sold to walk-in customers.

to communicate with the business for orders and other inquiries.

• Sales Promotion – The business will offer an incentive for every five purchase

Contribution to the Business

POSITIONS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Chief Executive Officer makes most of the business’

decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of

members of the management. All the reports done by the

other management members will be reviewed by the CEO.

The Chief Operating Officer oversees the daily transactions

and functions inside the business. COO usually ensures that

Chief Operating Officer every position in the business has its roles fulfilled to ensure

the balance. Every report made by the COO is directly

submitted to the CEO.

Chief Production Officer strategically perceives the flow of

products in the business. CPO is responsible for expanding

the array of products that the business has to offer in the

Receptionist The receptionist is the first staff of the business to have
