INTRODUCTION

In this modern time, eating in fast food chains, restaurants or any place where food

is located is a huge part in the lives of Filipinos. The love for food of Filipinos is

unbreakable, most of the Filipinos describes themselves as food lovers and Seafood is

one of their favorite kind of food. Filipinos are really exploring any type of food to eat,

and seafood -- one of the big trend here in the Philippines. When you talk about seafood

at any kind, it is present here in the Philippines.

According to a research, the Philippines has always been blessed with rich fish

resources due to its location. It is situated in the middle of the coral triangle, which is

well known for its marine biodiversity and rich production of seafood. With one of the

longest coastlines in the world, much of the Filipino population lives along the coast in

order take advantage of these resources for both nutrition and livelihoods. The number of

people working in the Filipino fisheries sector is estimated at around 1 million. The

business of fishing is central to the economy and culture of the islands. Fishing is always

the number one way of life here in the Philippines, that’s why Filipinos love seafood.

NAME OF THE ENTERPRISE

The name of our enterprise is, Sea Shrimp Cuisine. Shrimp is based on what is our

seafood dish----shrimp and we combined the word "sea" because the customers can feel

the ambiance of the cuisine which feels like you're in the sea.. Sea Shrimp Cuisine's

main goal is to promote seafood specially shrimp dishes to everyone mainly to San

Jacinto since it'll be the first ever seafood cuisine in town that will surely loved by them

and hopefully our trademark cuisine will be acknowledged and extend in the whole

world

The proposed plant location will be at the side of Karenderya at Guibel, San

Jacinto , Pangasinan. With the nature business, we have the assurance of a constant and

immediate supply of raw material without dependence on transportation or weather

conditions. So this place is a good source of raw material to be used day-to-day

operation.

DESCRIPTIVE DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT

This business enables to create employment in line with the government

programs in uplifting the standard of living of the Filipinos. Sea Shrimp Cuisine is a new

business that provides a new and only Sea Food Restaurant in the small town of San

Jacinto. The product that we offer there are the Shrimp Salad, Barbecue Shrimp, Lemon

Garlic Shrimp, Shrimp Pizza, Shrimp Ball, Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp in Tamarind

Soup, Shrimp in Coconut Milk, Fried Shrimp and the main dish of this product is Squash

Buttered Shrimp with Banana Chips.. Our product will provide a worth it and affordable

dishes. Our product will have a satisfying taste that will give a best experience to the

customer as they eat the differemt dishes made of Shrimp.

Initially, the business will distribute their very own main dish that is also made of

shrmp named Squash Buttered Shrimp with Banana Chipss, and it's the only product in

San Jacinto Pangasinan, as the business continues to grow, it will expand its distribution

to entire Pangasinan.

Our feasibility study is about creating a seafood restaurant/cuisine. Our group is

interested to undergo a study woth this kind of business woth the main reason of being

the first ever seafood cuisine in our town. Due to what we observed, there is no

restaurant or fast food chains that offers and serves seafood in San Jacinto. We offer

different types of seafoods and shrimp os our main dish. Seafoods contributes a lot of

benefits to our body, it's high in protein, vitamins, minerals and omega 3 it improves

heart health and decrease the risk of stroke, heart attack and heart disease.

In choosing a business, there are things to considered. Easy in Formation, Easy in

Raising Finance, Extent of Liability, Flexibility of Operation, Stability and Continuity

Secrecy, Government Regulations, Tax Liability, and Decision-Making Opportunities.

A seafood restaurant is a restaurant that specializes in seafood cuisine and

seafood dishes, such as fish and shellfish. Dishes may include freshwater fish. Some

seafood restaurants also provide retail sales of seafood that consumers take home to

prepare. Seafood restaurants may have a marine-themed decor, with decorations such as

fish nets, nautical images and buoys.

The first project proposal of the group was establishing business which is "Chicken

Restaurant" at San Jacinto Pangasinan. But the group changed the plan because they

thought that Chicken is not new to be established in the town, in fact there's a lot of food

stall who sells chicken at the said small town.

Finally, the proponents come up with producing a different kind of business. The

project was conceptualized when the proponents saw that the small town of San Jacinto,

Pangasinan doesn't have a seafood restaurant yet. The proponents decided to establish a

restaurant but instead of chicken as a main dish, they conceptualized the business of sea

food restaurant that will have a dishes made of Shrimps only, it will be also the first

seafood restaurant in the said small town that will surely produce a product that will

affordable and satisfying to the customer.

Projected Time Table

A project requires eighteen to twenty (18-20 ) weeks of prepreation. It includes

conducting survey, Identifying the market supplier and technical aspects of the enterprise

as well as the procurement of machineries and equipment to be used and the renovation

of the building.

Nature of Industry

The business is a sole proprietorship owned by Nafhisa Keyser. There are a lot of

restaurant around the province that produces seafood dishes. On the other hand, our

business is the first seafood restaurant in our small town. We the proponents thinks of a

business that will give a satisfaction to the seafood lover that locate in a small town of

San Jacinto, Pangasinan. So we decided to produce a dishes that are all made of Shrimp

-- a very simple to cook and easily to serve that have a nutritious benefits to the

customers.

Mode of Financing

The question of finding sources of finance arises at different stages of business

life. Ryan(2015) defines four stages of the typical business life cycle: start, growth,
