I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The lugawan stall will be called "Luga1" and its primary product is lugaw or rice
porridge but prized differently regardless of the flavor which was the customer
will order.
It will be located in Barangay Poblacion Malasiqui, Pangasinan, more specifically
in Montemayor Street, near Perpetual Help College of Pangasinan and 7-Eleven.
This is an excellent location since this area is often visited by people-especially
teenagers and is only a 2-minute walk from the market. Different establishments
that sell milk tea also surrounds the street, so it would be great to sell food and
porridge as well to partner with the beverage.
Luga1 is dedicated to provide a delicious quality of lugaw it has been made with
the different toppings like egg pork and chicken but also serves Premium Goto
made from locally sourced ingredients that could fit hungry people as their snack
or meal.

other staff we are giving free good customer service and because we believe that if

And so this business came to our mind because people know it and next it will be
easy to do and enter the Filipino taste and only a small investment to start it and

II. NATURE OF THE BUSINESS
The Philippines is known for rice-eating nations. We Filipinos eat a
lot of rice in just one day. Porridge is a common comfort food for
us. It can be eaten when you want, whether it’s summer or winter it
can be a good food to eat. As people have been craving for
something to eat like hot and nutritious food in the street away from
their homes. This is a major advantage for any start up firm because
the only thing needed to consider is the future of the product and if
there will be a demand for it in our local geographical area. Of
course, a possible key to consider in having a good business is to
have an original idea.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Nothing comforts like a bowl of lugaw (rice porridge or congee):
it's hearty and easy-to-make and makes for a great meal when you're
sick. Rainy season is coming, Lugaw is waving. Lugaw, also
spelled lugao, is a Filipino glutinous rice gruel or porridge.

CAPITALIZATION
The capital required for the partnership of creating a business
for Luga1 is five thousand Philippine Peso (Php 5,000),
which will be contributed as follows: in the amount of five
hundred Philippine Peso (Php 500) for each members -
