We, Renz Niel C. Ambrosio, Janelli G. Ardeza, and Paulo L. Mance fourth year BS
Mehcanical Engineering are currently enrolled ER 421: Methods of Research for ME this Second
Semester A.Y. 2017-2018. This course will provide knowledge on the methodologies used in
conducting an engineering research and will also develop skills in writing research proposal in
preparation for our research project/study.

In this regard, the undersigned students would like to seek approval from your good office
for the grouping we have conducted. This grouping was voluntarily organized to facilitate research
activities in relation to the above mentioned course. The same grouping will be used for our research
project/study next semester. The undersigned students, being oriented about the responsibilities
and consequences attached to this grouping have agreed on the requirement of this course.
