Duties: directing and managing crew of 3-4 employees, customer service, cooperation with vendors and
department stores, use of heavy machinery, heavy labour, building retaining walls, laying pavers & cement

Seniors fitness instructor (Shelbourne Physiotherapy Clinic at Gordon Head Rec. Centre) 2018 – On going

I work to assist senior citizens with disabilities (i.e. Parkinson’s Disease, mobility issues, etc.) with their exercise
routines. This includes: assisting clients with exercises and exercise equipment, making sure exercises are
performed properly, assisting in the development of clients program, manual manipulations when needed,
providing first aid if needed, social and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients. References upon request.

Athletic therapist and Trainer with Saanich Fusion Football Club (SFFC) 2016

I worked as an Athletic Therapist/Kinesiologist for the Saanich Fusion Football Club for a season; including
requirements of athletic taping, stretching and manual manipulation of players during warm-up and assistance
with injuries, administering first aid to the players and staff, and providing knowledge to the players about
injuries and possible rehabilitation mechanisms; References upon request.

Salvation Army 2013


I worked on the floor of the Salvation Army, helping customers, and helping put donations on the shelves,
assisted senior citizens and children with donations and assistance in the store.
Oak Bay Parks brush cleanup 2012 & 2013
I helped the Oak Bay community clean up some of the local parks, and helped clear all of the intruding brush
that is causing harm to the local flora and fauna.

Hobbies

I enjoy: sports such as, soccer, basketball, golf, and Frisbee; outdoor recreation such as, hiking,
walking through parks, climbing, skydiving, and running outdoors; working out and going to the
gym; Trying new things; making creative crafts for home, painting, and cooking new meals;
coloring in adult colouring books for relaxation and attending yoga classes; and playing with
and teaching my aunt’s children soccer and other sports in the summertime.
