HOW TO DO SETTING FOR A1 PAPER [841mm x 594mm]

1. Create a drawing title block in the Model tab using 841 as width and 594 as height.

2. Select all and type B and to make the drawing title block as a single unit.
3. Window of Block Definition will pop out. Give a Name to the drawing title block (eg. A1 Paper
841 x 594) and click OK.

4. The drawing title block has now become a single unit.


5. Copy and Paste the drawing title block in the Layout1 tab.

6. To check the scale type Ctrl+P. Choose A1 Paper size and select Window in the Plot area.

7. Specify first corner and Endpoint.

8. Check and uncheck the Fit to paper box to check the scale. Calculate 1  1.072 = 0.93283582.

9. To scale the drawing title block type SC, and select object.

10. Specify base point and specify scale factor. Insert the calculated value in Step 8 (i.e. 0.93283582).
11. Repeat Step 6-8 to check the scale to become 1:1. Now the drawing title block was set to A1 size.

Note: All steps can be used to do the setting for A2 (594mm x 420mm) and A3 (420mm x 297mm)
paper sizes.
