Absent: Blyann & Carmen

1. Minutes were read and approved

2. Welcome to Tami who replaced Patti
3. Easter:
a. There will be only one service this year at 10:15pm
b. Breakfast will be served at 9:00am
c. Confirmation class to serve
d. Carmen is gone, but will help set-up & help work on Sunday
e. Food Needed:
i. 4lbs of browned sausage – Jeanne will bring 2 lbs
ii. 6 doz Muffins or pastries – Jan & Tami will each bring 3-doz
iii. Still need people to help prepare, set up and work on Sunday
4. Maundy Thursday: March 29, 2018
a. The dinner and service are joint and both start at 6pm.
5. Spaghetti Dinner to honor the Confirmation Class – April 18th
a. We will plan for about 25 people
b. Shelly - 2 lbs browned beef
c. Lynne – 5 lbs spaghetti, Salad Dressing & plates
d. Tami - 4 large French bread
e. Jeanne – 120 oz. spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
f. Blyann – Olive oil spray or butter for bread
g. Jan – ½ sheet cake
h. Lori – 4 lbs lettuce
i. Have enough coffee, kool aid, bowls, napkins & garlic spread
j. Jan, Lori, Shelly & Blyann can be there by 4:30 to start preparation
6. Election of Officers:
a. Jeanne nominated Jan for Secretary and Lori seconded it
b. Lori nominated Lynn for President and Shelly seconded it
c. All in favor, No apposed
