1. Jan read the minutes

2. Lynne read a Thank you from Davis Wilson for the quilt he received
3. This Sunday:
a. One 4th Grader will be presented with their Bible
b. Teachers Installation
c. Board of Ed Recognition
4. Sunday School:
a. Thank you Blyann for purchasing the needed crayons
b. Lynne has 21 Students signed up ranging from 4K to 7th Grade
c. Lynne has people signed up to meet the Safe Sanctuary Policy into January
d. Lynne has been the primary Planner/Teacher/Program builder/Cleaner etc.
for quite a while. We have tried to get others to step up and help, but it has
been challenging just getting people to help out
e. Pastor Lois would like us to think outside the box on how we can get more
people involved so the classes aren’t so big with such a span of ages and
easier for Lynne to manage
f. We will discuss this further in upcoming meetings
5. Safe Sanctuary Guidelines
a. Pastor Lois suggested we amend the Guidelines to NOT say one person
could be alone with children if we have 10 or less
b. Jan has forwarded the Electronic copy to Pastor Lois to review and bring to
the Board
6. Pastor Lois read devotions and ended in prayer. She would like this to be part of
every meeting as a way to guide us in educating our youth

Lynn will attend council
