1. Jan read the minutes

2. Rally Sunday is this Sunday September 8th from 9:30-10:00
a. Tami offered to make cookies
b. Tami, Jeanne & possibly Shelly & Blyann will help Lynne
c. Lynne will also have a sign-up sheet for weekly helpers
3. Sunday School:
a. The theme this year is “Children of the Bible”
b. Lynne has 3 Bibles for this years 4th graders and 3 left for next
year
c. There are a couple of changes to the 2019-2020 Calendar
i. The date for the Teachers Installation & 4th Grader Bibles
was moved from Oct 6 to 13th
ii. Added was the Spaghetti Dinner for the Confirmands

Apr 29, 2020 Spaghetti Dinner for Confirmands @6PM
May 3, 2020 Last day of Sunday School & Confirmation
May 10, 2020 Mother’s Day, Graduation, Teachers & Ministry
of Christian Ed Recognition
May 23, 2020 High School Graduation
d. Lynne is unable to teach on September 29 & October 6
i. Tami offered to teach on October 6
4. Confirmation requirements will now fall under the minister
a. Pastor Lois & Julie Garber are working on it together and have it
all planned & requirements in place
Lynne will attend council
