TERMS AND CONDITION:

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 2:00 PM; WHILE CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 12NN. Request for early check-in or late check-out is
subject to space availability and corresponding fees. Room reservation shall only be held up to THREE (03) DAYS prior to
your arrival date wherein it shall be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED unless it is guaranteed with payment.
2. For guaranteed reservations, a cancellation fee equivalent to ONE (01) NIGHTnight shall be imposed when rooms reserved
are cancelled within TWO (02) WORKING DAYS or less prior guest arrival.
3. If guest/s fail to arrive on the expected date, a NO-SHOW FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE (01) NIGHT based on the total number
of rooms reserved shall be imposed.

4. An Incidental Deposit of Php 3000.00 per night will be requested by your guest services agent upon check-in for possible
consumption in the room such Minibar, Phone Calls and Food Dine in Café in the event that no consumption incurred, the
said deposit is fully refundable upon check out.

5. Airport pick up transportation rate from the airport is PHP 1,650.00 for a small car and PHP2,650.00 for a van. Please be
advised that we require a guarantee for Airport Transfers, please advise us atleast ONE DAY (01) prior to your arrival for
cancellation of transfer to avoid being charged a NO SHOW FEE.
6. For security reasons and guest convenience, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL ROOMS. Applicable corkage
fees shall be charged by the Front Desk should guests bring up to the room food and beverage items in excess of the normal
consumption of the maximum number of occupants in the room. The maximum number of occupants allowed in the rooms is
as follows: (02) TWO persons for a ONE BEDROOM SUITE and (04) FOUR persons for a TWO BEDROOM SUITE. Visitors
are allowed until 12 MIDNIGHT only or corresponding charges will be automatically made for every excess person.
