TERMS AND CONDITION:

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AT _1300 HRS__; WHILE CHECK OUT TIME IS AT_ _12NN___. Request for early check-in or late
check-out is subject to space availability and corresponding fees. Room reservation shall only be held up to THREE (03)
DAYS prior to your arrival date wherein it shall be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED unless it is guaranteed with payment.

2. For guaranteed reservations, a cancellation fee equivalent to ONE (01) NIGHT shall be imposed when rooms reserved are
cancelled within THREE (03) WORKING DAYS or less prior guest arrival.

3. If guest/s fail to arrive on the expected date, NO SHOW FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE ( 1 ) NIGHT based on the total number
of rooms reserved shall be imposed.

NOTE: Your reservation must be GUARANTEED WITH PAYMENT equivalent to atleast ONE (01) night of your confirmed
room rate, THREE (03) DAYS prior to your arrival date. Reservations NOT GUARANTEED with a deposit shall be
AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.

4. An Incidental Deposit of Php__4,000.00____ per night will be requested by your guest services agent upon check-in for
possible consumption in the room such as Minibar, Phone Calls and Room Service. In the event that no consumption is
incurred, the said deposit is fully refundable upon check out.

5. For security reasons and guest convenience, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL ROOMS. Applicable corkage
fees shall be charged by the Front Desk should guests bring up to the room food and beverage items in excess of the normal
consumption of the maximum number of occupants in the room. NO DELIVERIES ALLOWED.
Room Occupancy Policy :

Only single up to double room occupancy is allowed. Couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed in
double or twin occupancy rooms.
