Philosophy Statement:
· “I will provide students with the necessary tools such as: confidence,
reading and writing skills, teamwork, social skills, technology skills, and
lastly the ability to do the kind thing rather than the right thing in certain
scenarios. I also will make a positive impact on their lives as an educator.”
The Teacher Should:
· Challenge the student intellectually
· Be a mentor in and out of the classroom
· Be creative when teaching
· Help develop a creative mind in the student
· Challenge the student every day in the classroom
· Figure out how each student learns
· Develop a mindset of hard work while having fun
· Create a pathway to success for the student
The Education Should:
· Build confidence
· Be in a fun manner while still engaging the student
· Promote self-worth
· Help the student make wise and creative choices
· Challenge the student so they are always thinking
