DEAR SIR/MADAM

I recently had a week’s holiday with Pacific Tours in Chiclayo. I’m writing because
I was extremely unhappy with the service’s Tours.

 The advertisement says that the talks are by qualified university teachers.
They were university students and they didn’t have too much information
about the city.
 You also mention organized trips to see the historical Monuments of the
city. We went to the first Monument and we ever missed the start of the
principal attraction’s museum because you got the time wrong.
 Finally, you also mention that the maximum class size is 12 students but
we were in the bus around 25 students.

I said some things about the situation on the curse, but nobody could tell me
anything about the problems because they were disorganized all the trip.

I would like the money back for part of the holiday. My week with your tours was
the most awful experience I’ve ever had.
