When I went to the University, I set off very early and I drove my car and I got to the
Tomas’ house, he is my best friend, and he lives in Baños. When I search his house, I got
lost in the city center. I was very happy, but my car broke down on the motorway, I was
afraid, and I called my brother to help me. He got with his friend where I was and checked
the car and he said that something wrong with the engine and we were needing a
mechanical, but he was going to be late because he was working. I was sad; I didn’t have
money. My dad was calling me because I didn't get home quickly so I called him and
explained my problem. They took the car in a tow truck, and I did a lot of traffic, so I was
nervous. When I got home, I apologized to my parents for the delay. They paid for the
tow truck, but I had to pay them. That day, I went to the bank to withdraw money but
there was a long queue and I waited more than two hours standing still. After a few hours,
I got home and paid my parents. Since that day I have been afraid of driving, so I like to
travel by bus, although it is slower, I feel that I am safer. I don't like to drive but I live far
from the university and sometimes I need the car to go faster, I like to arrive on time to
my classes Fixing the car engine was not cheap, my father was angry with me although it
was not my fault, sometimes I feel angry and sad, but things happen for a reason.

When I started to go to the University, it was very bad for me. I don’t understand anything,
but I had to study. I’m not feeling very well, so I had to get used to it. When I arrived in
1er semester, I met some people who now are my friends. I talked with them every day.
My friend Tomas lives in Baños. In vacations I visited him. I met beautiful places such
us, we visited some waterfalls. It was fantastic then we were walking in the center of city
and there were many restaurants, but I was so hungry. In a fast-food restaurant, I ate a
piece of chicken, some French fries and a cup of juice of orange. my friend didn't eat
because his stomach hurt, so he just drank some water. The city of Baños has many places
to visit, after having lunch, we went to visit the church since it is very crowded. I am not
very religious, but I like to go because of its decoration and the welcome it has.
Afterwards, we wanted to go swimming in some pools but there were a lot of people, so
we left that place. I really like that city.
