theories that western culture was
a major influence due to the
incorporation of ice and milk.

Sauces
Sweet Chili and Peanut Sauce
was chosen in order to highlight
the traditional dipping sauces
that come with summer rolls. We
decided to find a sauce that was
out of the ordinary. We found a
recipe for sweet N spicy cilantro
sauce that aligned with our
preferences.
