INTRODUCTION
Taho is the most well-known street delicacy in the Philippines made from arnibal (caramel), tofu, and sago pearls.
The traditional selling of Taho is through vendors called magtataho, which stroll around a city's business district, village, or

alterations to the Taho, which offers plentiful choices to its consumers while retaining the characteristics of the Filipino Taho.
