Carah,s cafe located at the heart of central Uganda (Kampala) is a new cafe focusing on providing a variety
of high quality coffee drinks and teas, and mouthwatering locally-made pastries. Our mission is to provide
the people of Kampala a truly international coffee experience at an affordable cost.

Carah’s Cafe shop will ensure that its customers have the most relaxing and overall best experience while
they sip coffee, consume delectable pastries, and enjoy the comfortable furniture and free Internet access.

With client that require our services at their offices premises, Carah’s Cafe will deliver Teas and bites ac-
companied with free desert that will surely give you a mouthful of taste with comfort.

Carah’s cafe is a new cafe in town established in 2022 to provide not only the best coffee but also the
best pastries in the local area. All of our ingredients will be of the highest quality to ensure peak flavor and
quality standards.

The products offered will include different forms of prepared coffee such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espres-
sos, as well as tea and other refreshments.

Carah’s cafe will also offer gourmet bakery products such as muffins, donuts, cakes, and cookies. All of which
will be used to help draw the customer in and to increase profits and overall customer experience.

We also deliver top notch customer service that exceeds customer experience. we have established our-
selves as a hangout spot where people have a lot with our uniquely flavored coffee.

With the delivery system, Our esteemed clients will have access to our best quality coffee and pastries to
enjoy while at work or while having fun with friends anywhere around town.

Problem statement

Uganda’s love for good coffee and pastries is increasing day by day. they are gladly paying 8,000
-30,000 shillings for their cappuccino mocha latte or vanilla ice blended drink. But even after pay-
ing for such a large amount, people don’t get the value for their money and also with poor delivery
services for clients who need to sit in their offices sipping a nice coffee.

Carah’s cafe meets this need and offers high quality coffee drinks in an upscale environment at
affordable price. We look forward to onboard more partners with us to grow Carah’s cafe and fulfill
our vision of delivering the best cafe services
