ROASTERY
The complexity of a coffee bean requires it to
be examined through compositional and
sensory perspectives. Achieving the perfectly
roasted bean begins with our interaction with
the farmers. This helps us identify and truly
understand the characteristics of the coffee
they produce.
» Our team of coffee connoisseurs is always abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and
developments in the coffee industry.
» Each batch of beans is gently roasted in high-quality equipment, to extract the fullest flavour
from every bean.
» Blind taste tests are conducted for each batch. Our roasting and quality control experts go
through every aspect of the roasting process every day.
Any change or introduction of a single-origin, blend or brew requires us to start afresh. This
process allows us to discover the window of peak flavour and develop the perfect roast.
Only when a coffee matches the standards we've set, does it go into service at cafes and onto the
shelves as whole beans.
