SOUTHERN CAFE
The Southern Cafe is a Coffee Shop with delicious food and beverages facility that will be located
in barangay South Poblacion Gabaldon Nueva Ecija, Southern Café derives its name to place
where the owners live. The owner of the cafe is Ms. Ladylyn Barbosa, she come up this business
idea because nowadays many people needs a peaceful place to become their comfort zone with
a free wifi internet connection.
Southern Cafe will offer a variety of choices to the customers snaks and beverages of all sort will
be offered. The choices of the beverages from the menu will arrage from cold to hot and also we
added Fruit juice for the drinks, for those who wants alcoholic beverages we have some
alcoholic drinks on the menu.
The Interior design of the building will be a relaxed atmosphere . A natural lighting cafe interior
design. The carpenting will be light brown in color, the table and chairs are made of the wood it
is placed in front of the glass window with a peasant plant outside. the walls are light brown also
with bricks and the ceiling has lighting effect decorations, counter is placed in front of the door
and the tables and chair are only for 2 to 4 person.

TARGET MARKET :
The owner of the Southern Cafe is Ms. Lady Lyn Barbosa. The Southern Cafe will be
primarily run by my self along with my future business partner. I plan taking up most of the
responsibilities that come from running a cafe/coffee shop for the first few years of our opening.
A full time manager will be hired to oversee the daily operations at the southern cafe. I want this
employee to have a 2 years of experience being a manager, this person will be reponsible to
mange the staff, ordering inventory, dealing with suppliers, developing a marketing strategy and
perform other daily managerial duties
six part time employees will be hired on to our barista team at the souther cafe, their
responsibilities will consist for the opening and closing the cafe.
8 hours and 30 minutes of duty, this includes the preparation hour and closing hourx
opening of the cafe is 7:00 AM and closing at 10:00 PM.
Employees have a shifting schedule, the employees for morning is 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM for
the evening 2:00 to 10:00 PM.
No pick-up orders.
