Kape Kahapon will be located at 430 Norzagaray San Jose Rd, Norzagaray, Bulacan, and

the shop is conveniently located along the route to DRT. The rent of the space is 13,000.00 per

month. This location attracts tourists, cyclists, and locals since it offers a great setting where

customers may unwind while sipping coffee, taking in the atmosphere, and experiencing provincial

life. The site was chosen by the business owners in an effort to attract consumers and make them

feel part of the past.

This committed and varied management team works effectively to establish Kape Kahapon

as a premium coffee brand that is recognized for its outstanding taste, strong moral values,

providing services and consistent commitment to sustainability.

Vless Bautista
General Manager
Vless has a B.S. in business management and prior experience managing cafés and

hospitality businesses. He oversees and guides the business toward achieving its main goals and

objectives. He ensures that employees work productively and develop professionally. In addition

to overseeing all aspects of the business operations, he is in charge of boosting profitability and

efficiency. Working with owners to make well-informed decisions is his responsibility.

Ma. Lalein Castillo


Financial Manager
Lalein holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, has expertise with financial

analysis programs, and has worked in financial management in prior careers. She monitors

expenses and financial performance and assesses the financial viability of the business. In addition

to developing and overseeing budgets, she also makes sure financial standards are followed and

offers recommendations and financial analysis.


Janine Caldito
Barista
Janine is an experienced baker and barista who is committed to maintaining traditional

food and drink traditions. She develops and improves traditional recipes, makes, and serves

traditional coffee, and manages and trains barista employees. Along with that, she interacts with

customers and offers cultural viewpoints.

Lyra May De Mesa


Service Personnel
Lyra has excellent communication and customer service skills, a kind personality trait, and

a knowledge of traditions related to coffee and culture. Her responsibilities include greeting,

accommodating, and answering inquiries from customers in addition to taking orders and serving

food and drinks. She is also in charge of making sure the dining spaces and tables are always clean.
