1. Position Title: HRM Director


2. Reports To: Company’s CEO
3. Basic Function: Responsible for overall company's personnel and training strategy.
Regarding legal compliance and the effective execution of the organization's talent
strategy, they will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the HR department's
policies, operations, and staff.
4. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing human resources policies.
• Supporting strategic objectives.
• Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
• Motivating and supporting current staff.
• Maintaining staff records.
• Handling employee benefits.
• Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
• Designing and directing training programs.
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training,
initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance
and strategy needs.
• Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local
employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and
modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

6. Job Specifications
Education : Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources
Management, Business Administration, or related degree preferred.
Skills and Experience : At least five years of human resource management
experience required.
Must have the following skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal & Professional Branding.
• Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Budget management experience.
• General Psychology.
• Thorough knowledge of labor and employment-related laws and regulations.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and
talent management systems.

Working Conditions : Willing to work in the office, and full time during regular
business hours. Some travel to attend professional meetings or to recruit employees.

• Develop business plans and strategies.
• Advise the board of directors on strategic issues.
• Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
• Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.
• Build relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars,
conferences and professional networking.

1. Position Title: Chief Marketing Officer


2. Reports To: Chief Managing Director
3. Basic Function: Overseeing the planning, development and execution of an
organization's marketing and advertising initiatives.
4. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee a company's overall advertising and sales strategy.
• Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities.
• Develop the structure of the business's marketing department.
• Negotiate advertising contacts.
• Approve marketing campaign ideas.
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a
variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and
enhance the company’s presence
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various
metrics
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee
distribution
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
