A. Company name and Logo
Tea-Teakman focused on providing refreshing milk teas and snacks. The
company’s name was derived from the words tea, meaning coffee, and teakman, from
the Filipino word tikman, meaning to taste it. The idea is to attract anyone's attention due
to the catchy brand name and offer them a more lively feeling by the taste of the
products. Our logo depicts the image of our product with a symbol of tea since the teas
we sell are freshly made and pure, and the colors in our logo also represent the color of
tea.

To be known as a leading distinctive brand of fresh delectable food and to achieve
a reputation for products of the highest quality and exceptional customer service. What
unites us is the fondness for our quality product, and also the wish to enjoy a healthy
work-life balance.

To be the most snack selling business that provides the best quality snacks
and tea experience for our customers. Tea-Teakman aspires to hold on the trend
of making and offering tasty beverage options and integrating quality tea drinking

business, that offers both freshly brewed hot and iced milk tea and foods mainly in the
dessert category. Tea-teakman wants to give customers high-quality food and beverages
at affordable prices. The shop practically targets all age groups in the community where
it is rooted. As a new player in the milk tea industry, Tea-teakman aims to develop a new
variety of foods and beverages that will set them apart from their rivals. Products that
offer customers satisfaction, excellence, wonderful flavor, and new unique milk tea
options.

Tea-Teakman offers refreshing milk teas and appetizing snacks that could satisfy
the cravings of our customers at a reasonable price. Our milk tea comes in different
flavors such as Okinawa, Winter melon, Matcha, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Salted
Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Taro, and Tea-Teakman's specialty; Tea-Teakman Milk Tea.
Our customers can choose how much sugar (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and pearls they would
like to add. We also offer snacks like pasta, fries, cookies, tacos, etc., to complement our
beverages.
Our products are suitable for chilling and will provide new kind of refreshment.
Tea-Teakman’s products are affordable by students, employees, and other milk tea
lovers. We also guarantee to always serve with love and joy to share good and positive
vibes in their hearts.

Managing Director
The primary function of this role is to head the success of Tea-Teakman.
Marketing Director
The one who develops a strategy for the promotion of Tea-Teakman’s products
and services focuses on one thing to promote. Understand and develop pricing strategies
and a budget. They may also be in charge of a staff of marketing assistants.
Finance Director
Accountable for examining the company's financial statements, forecasts, and
account monitoring. Keeping track of the company's profitability and researching
potential markets. They must also keep detailed records of all financial transactions,
including all supporting data.
Operation Director
In charge of scheduling production and ensuring that the production process runs
smoothly and effectively. Also, the production manager makes sure that the goods are
produced in line with Tea-Teakman’s standard for quality and safety. Setting and

HRM Director
This position's primary duty is to oversee the hiring, screening, orientation, and
training of human resources. strategy to managing employees in a corporation in an
effective and efficient manner.

They oversee the budget, create financial reports, and guarantee that all financial
