Business Concept

We will pursue a small coffee shop down the streets of New York city, it will attract costumers
because of its aesthetic and trendy style outside and inside the shop. The beautiful concept of the
shop’s interior will surely catch the attention of costumers who were looking for a peaceful and
aesthetic place. The list of its special brewed coffees also in lined with coffee shop’s theme.

Inside will have its beautiful quotes and sayings from famous people and coffees that will surely
be admired due to its unique form as it will be serve.

Vision

If we will be successful at proposing this business, we have a great insight on spreading this
business to different places and to be a health friendly company to everyone.

We will see a successful coffee shop at a very crowded street of New York and branching to
other locations.

Mission

We look forward to overlapping the costumers ‘ satisfaction at its greatest peak so that they will
not regret in choosing our product and we will for sure secure their health status at purchasing our
product by maintaining it clean in making the said product.

We will maintain their expectations and provide more new initiatives at making our product more
pleasing.

Objective

We will plan a better initiative in transforming or innovating our business while it is on transaction.

We will do a survey monthly to gather feedbacks from the costumers about our product and
services to repair the flaws of our business.

We politely swear that our business will maintain and upgrade its success as this proposal will be
approved.

As we have planned, we have decided to hire competent persons who are capable to do their job
efficiently and effectively. We established a plan to have a candidates for people who are compatible
and we stick to our strategies in teaching, communicating, guiding and establishing good employee-
relations in our business.

Coffee Memoir will have its very finest at excelling not just by the output of the product but the
service being rendered towards the costumers. The shop itself could be your safe heaven because of
its memoir (memory) of aesthetic appearance by the frozen quotes and sayings. Trendy style
approved because we look forward to youths’ taste at this generation. A coffee imported from
Ethiopia where high selling coffee brands’ very own resources. We have a transcended machines
that will process the coffees at a very good quality.
Roles and Responsibilities

Chief Executive Officers (CEO)

Responsible for leading companies through good economic times as well as bad ones, and for
working with other levels of management within a company to coordinate all activities including
technological, financial and organizational.

Develops the business plan that clearly identifies the company’s mission and goals. Makes
sure the company is turning a profit while producing products and services in an efficient manner.

Accountant / Cashiers

Prepares the permanent records for every transaction and prepares financial statements.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve
corporate objectives for products and services.

Develops and manages sale/marketing operating budgets. Plans the overseers advertising
and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

Human Resources and Admin Manager

Recruits, interview and hiring new staff.

Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company
personnel.

Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

Purchasing Manager

Purchasing of raw materials.

Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analyst to negotiate prices, quantities and
time-scales.

We were able to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of our business.
In this way, we can improve our business and maintain its success.

Strengths (Capitalize)

Our strength is the Philippines itself because it has a tropical weather and our product is cold
and unique. Its ingredients are better for those health conscious because its sweetness is just enough
to satisfy. We can assure that plenty of people will purchase our product in this case.

Weaknesses (Reduce)

As our weakness like lacking in equipment that could store our product from melting.

We will use the Ice case instead of container to avoid rapid melting.

Opportunities

We all know that our weather right now is hot and that is our great opportunity to sell our
product because it suited with the weather itself.
Our school population itself could give us a better opportunity on having a plenty
amount of costumers.

Fruit season will also benefit our capital due to the price of our resources like mango.

Threats (Converted into Opportunities)

Our threat is the different competitors in the place where we are going to sell our product.

Hence, as our product is much different to theirs, they could also be a costumer.

MARKET ANALYSIS

Market trends – Mango Float Ice-Candy provides a quality product with its unique flavored. It is so
unusual to an Ice-Candy to have its flavor Mango Float. Millenials nowadays preferred unique and
good kind of a product so we are sure that it is successful in a business.
Target Market – Our Target Market can’t be restricted to just a group of people, but all those people
who love Mango Floatand Ice-Candy itself. To those people who wanted to try our product, we are
just a one call away.

Competitive Advantage – Our edge to our competitors is that we provide a healthy, delicious and
quality product that everyone could afford. Our product can be consumed every time especially during
holidays.

Sales and Marketing Strategy

 Source Income – Mango Float Ice-Candy establishes with the aim of maximizing profits in the
Ice-Candy industry in General Santos City and we are going to ensure that we do all it takes to
sell our wide range of Mango Float Ice-Candy to a wide range of customers.
 We have gathered our income from the selling of products itself and our capital comes from us
owners, invested and will gain such profits after selling the said product.
