MISSION

Sweet bakery shop aims to be a cornerstone in the community creating a neighborhood atmosphere
where customers feel comfortable and become instant regulars. We seek fair and responsible profit,
enough to keep company financially health for the long term to a fairly compensate owners and
investors for their money and risk.

OBJECTIVE

To make sure the cleanliness and good environment of our bakeshop and to provide good services to
them to help other people who are unemployed. To develop the strong presence in the community
needed to support sales goals.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The name of this fine and exquisite bakery is Sweet bakeshop. The product’s being sold in the
bake will be various desserts cakes, cupcakes and coffee. They will all be unique, and like nothing any
ones seen before. Deliveries will be also available under some circumstance. Customers will love this
bakeshop because not only is it a bakeshop, but it’s also a cake cupcake and coffee’s.

The geographic location of our bakeshop will be in Bonifacio street. San Carlos City Pangasinan.
Sweet bakeshop will be specializing in visually attractive cupcakes cakes and coffee. There has been a
significant increase in demand for whimsical over indulgent and visually stimulating cakes, cupcakes,
coffee, and sweet bakeshop will target special events such as weddings, birthdays, christening,
bachelorette parties and stork teas.

Our business will be successful because there is nothing else like it. There does not exist a cake,
cupcakes, coffee all in one company. Our business will be a combination of all two of these things which
will be a huge success.

PROFILE OF THE ENTREPRENEUR


The proposed will be owned and manage by Sherdan Ballesteros, Abegail Rosario, Juvy Cayabyab, Angel
Mae Cabuang and Kharina Tablizo, who are Accountancy Business and Management student who loves
to eat Cakes and cupcakes. Since we are in a business course, we have come up with an idea to produce
cakes and cupcakes in experimentation and make it the best cakes and cupcakes in our town. We decide
that each of us will contribute P100,000 for a total of P500,000.
PROJECT CONTRIBUTION TO THE ECONOMY

Bakeshop will offer a great product that satisfies the buyers. It will fulfill the hungry of every
individual who will purchase the product. This business proposal will help us build, develop, enhance our
knowledge and abilities on how to run and stay in business.

Pangasinan. The lot has owned by . The said vacant lot has an area of but the
proposed business will only cover an area of that is wide enough to build our bakeshop. Since the
proposed business is located along the way, customers can easily visit our bakeshop.

The proposed business will cover the entire San Carlos, especially the nearby barangay.

The proposed nearby barangay are listed as follows: Bonifacio, Palaris, Padilla, Mabini, M.Soriano,
San Pedro, Burgos and Bugallon.

Main Customers

Sweet Bakeshop will serve mainly to the residents of the said barangay. These people are those who
are working near our bakeshop and the students who passes by our outlet who wants to have their
“merienda” while waiting in their terminal.

Total Demand

Out of 350 individual surveyed

220 persons admitted that they are buying bread in bakeshops

100 persons buy breads in bakeshop sometimes


30 persons dont buy breads on bakeshops at all.

By applying this percentage to the actual entire population it become possible to accertain the total
demand of the product for 8 barangays covered by study by multiplying 9000 with 63% and 28%
respectively.

To compute:

Regular Customer 9000×63% = 5670

Not Regular Customer 9000×28% = 2520

Total Number of Prospective Buyers = 8190

Study shows that many persons loves to buy breads in Bakeshops. By multiplying the regular customers
to not regular customers the forecast consumption will be determined.
Competitive Advantage of the Proposed Business
In proposing a business you must be customer oriented, asking their wants and needs so that
you’ll know what product on services they can satisfy them.

This kind of business we are proposing is usually seen in every market, but for us we have a
place of our outlet along the bonifacio so that everybody can see it not only those people who go to the
market. This will help us to have more customers.

Since us are neophyte in this business we consider price as a promotional measure. Customers
nowadays are more conscious with regards to prize so us are offering price that will suit to their budget,
a product that can bring satisfaction in every individual with every affordable price.
Another is the ingredients on the product we will add ingredients that our competitors don’t have yet.
This will make taste sweatier and favorable.

Next is the space of our store the half area of it will be used for placing the equipment needed
and the other half of it will serve as the space for customers wherein they can stay, sit and relax while
enjoying their foods.

And lastly to the orderliness and cleanliness of our outlet. We will make sure that the layout of
the outlet is well designed so as to provide effective and efficient service to the customers. We will use
brand new equipment and utensils that are free from dirt.
