1 Executive summary

1.1 Highlight

We plan to establish a coffee shop at the community nutrition centre in King

Cetshwayo District. It will operate inside the centre. Our aim is to sell top quality
coffee and biscuits in a conductive setting. The community members will be able to
get energy to do their daily task from our coffee. Some will be energetic in their
workplace and the old people are know for being tea lovers so they will be able to
enjoy tea in our coffee shop. We aim to provide good quality coffee that will not be
bad for our customers health. Our product will include coffee caffeinated and de
caffeinated, tea and hot chocolate with biscuits and snack included. The health care
of our customers Is our priority, so we ought to provide health products like green
tea. The coffee shop will be located inside the centre making it available for the
members of the community and for people inside the centre we aim to cater
everyone. They will be plenty of space for customers to order and enjoy inside the
coffee shop. They will be a television for people to watch wile they enjoy their
products.
