Executive Summary
De Uno Café is made by aspiring business owners, De Uno Café is located at Monasterio
Tarlac which gives you quality time with yourself or your family and gives you a solemn
place to relax from the exhausting and tiring life. De Uno Café is a café that advertises in
helping the city for tourists to come and observe Tarlac and foremost important is the quality
of the solemn place to relax from the chaos. This Café includes new-baked breads, pastries,
customized cakes, and take-outs. De Uno Café provides customers with a great place and
environment to have their daily dose of coffee.

LOGO and Explanation

We named it De Uno Café because it was our first time building


our own Café or pastry. As you can see there’s a cake which is
an example of our sweet cake. We have 3 colors that have an
explanation. Tan brown symbolizes warmth and security which
we want our customers to feel that they are safe and comfortable
in our Café. Following is black which means elegance,
sophistication, sadness, and anger. The reason for using black is
that if our customers feel sad or angry, they can eat some of our
product so that it will give them comfort and peace of mind.
Lastly, white means purity and positivity, to show our customers
how passionate and positive we are to them. Our logo is a kind
of minimalist modern theme. We choose this because we want it simple and unique therefore the
customers will get attracted to our cafè.

Business Description
De Uno Café is a pastry and bakery shop where our customers could have a leisure time
while enjoying the chill environment inside our Café. Our Bread and Pastry Café offers
goodies, drinks, and ready-for-takeout supplies that will surely attract bakers, food
connoisseurs, and even simple people like me and you.

Business hours: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Sunday

Where are you located?


The business establishment is located at Monasterio Tarlac. This location is chosen because it
is known as one of the tourist spots here in Tarlac which is an advantage of the places that
many people go to.

Who are your target customers?


Our target customers are people who are in the age group of teenagers,working adults and
tourists who want to try different kinds of pastries that are made locally and even the
customer himself.
What products will you sell?
De Uno Café serves from sweet delicacies to strong caffeinated drinks. Our café offers great
quality and delicious that you can enjoy in our cafe or inside your home that you can share
with your family and friends.

Who are the principal partners in your business?
We, the owners of the cafe. RCS Food Inc. for our supplier of raw materials. Tanaw Studio
for the renovation and interior design of our cafe. Samsung for our appliances that we need
for our customers to enjoy and relax inside our cafe. Ram Upholstery for our custom made of
furniture. LG for equipment that we need to make your drinks and food. Wildflour cafe +
bakery for our baked goods. We also have connected with some event organizers in
supplying cakes and pastries at their events.

What factors give you a competitive advantage vis-a-vis your concept?


● We offer good quality and freshly made pastries and drinks.
● We have good customer service and great staffs
● Our business encourages and supports women’s empowerment and gender equality.
● pack cake- it is a set of components such as icing, sprinkles, frosting, chocolates, and
the cake that are already packed in a box. The purpose of these is that the customers
can design their cake at home or they can give it as a gift.
● Money cakes- this cake is full of money to pull and it would make a great gift for a
birthday, wedding, graduation, or any other special event.

What are our goals in business making?
