1. Background

The business name will we run together is "Momyah Kitchen" which is a business in
the culinary field of trade that sells various types of food and beverages. Why we choose the
name "Momyah"? previously we need to clarify. Momyah stands for "Momy Yeah" which
means the dishes created by mama is the most delicious and hygienic. Every people must
love food made by his mama, that's the most delicious incomparable with other people.
Momyah Kitchen will make everyone feel interested and would like to come to taste the
food and beverages that are here. Food and beverages here are guaranted delicious as your
mama made.

The flurry of activity that is so dense sometimes make people become stressed to think
more clearly and calmly. So, we need places that are so quiet and convenient way to remove
all the saturation and pressure of their lives. Thus came an idea to set up a kitchen as
customers want. The concept that we will apply is the concept of a blend between the
classic and the modern with the times. A mix of classic and modern is expected to provide a
new atmosphere and attract the attention of customers to enjoy the atmosphere here.
Additionally Momyah Kitchen is not only for teenagers, but for all levels of the general
public. In addition to a comfortable place for visitors varied menu is also a mainstay here
with the menu offerings were varied and unique.

With so many advantages here, of course you do not need to hesitate anymore to be able
to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and a delicious meal. Already confirmed the menus you'll
enjoy having a sense of delicacy same standards when processed by employees of different
kitchen, because we have standards in every food recipes made. To be able to enjoy a varied
range of delicious dishes, you do not need to spend deeply for these menus is relatively

4. Marketing Strategy

The Marketing strategy of Momyah Kitchen will be a grand opening


promotion for the food & beverages for free on the first day and while the costumers
wait for their orders can take advantage of free wifi. This is to combine two different
generations with the concept of classic and modern. So costumers who intended not
only teenagers but also for all the general public so as not specific to certain people,
both young and old, workers, and students, locals and foreigners alike.

5. Location

Selection of area business locations in Kemang, South Jakarta. The place to


be planned for this effort is on the highway, close to the office, campus, and
housing. Consideration we choose these locations are:

 The location is strategic, because it is an activity center workers, students, and


the surrounding community
 The location is close to residental population, and the boarding students
 The location we had surveyed always crowded every day

Momyah Kitchen is open from 10:00 AM until 22:00 PM in which all people
can visit this kitchen during leisure time such as lunch breaks and after campus such
as dinner while doing their jobs.

7. Promotion Strategy
We promote our products at an early stage through word of mouth. How to find
out information on these products through famlet, banners affixed in front of our
kitchen and public places and crowded. Advertising on electronic media such
as TV, radio, mediated a time like newspapers and magazines. Promote to our
friends to come and promote it to our family and more. Spread through the
brochure and also in the mall, campus, housing, and certainly not forgotten through
the internet and social media is now more common interests such as instagram, path,
facebook, twitter, etc. In addition to the costs savings also have sample opportunity to
promote products. With quality product is assured, a strategic location, quality of
service, the price of competing products.

Visitors can pay by cash or by credit card. In the event of a massive purchase
suppose untu an event such as a party in this kitchen give discounts to the buyer

A. Conclusion

 The room facilities were so comfortable with a mix of classic and modern.

B. Suggestions

In order for the kitchen quality is maintained and can compete with the
