 Name and Description of the Business

The business should be called as “Ano ka, Chix?!” we came up with this business name because
it’s the usual answer of someone who’s asked to treat another person here in the Philippines. “Chix,”
since our main product is Chicken Wings along with other snacks such as Mojos and Fries.

 Location and Vicinity Map of the Business

Our location is at Kalayaan Park Brgy. Dolores,


Taytay, Rizal. We chose to sell our products in this
location because various types of person goes in this
place. We, the business owners are confident that we
will achieve our goals and objectives with our chosen
location.

We plan on observing the place and the people on


the first day so that in the next Entrepreneurial
Activity, we can enhance the things that needs
enhancement regarding our products, approach and
the like.

 Business Hours and Dates

Our business is open from 11:00 to 5:00 PM


every October 19, October 26, November 8, November 16, December 7, and December 14 of
2019.
II  Description of the Target Consumers

I
Our target consumers are the people who goes at Kalayaan Park for leisure. Nowadays, chicken
wings are irresistible and never out of the list when talking about delicious foods. These people vary
from women, men, young, and adults regardless of their status in life and just wants a taste of heaven
—which our business’ products will give them the satisfaction.

 Sample Promotional Tools and Advertisements

The business is to be promoted using teasers/ trailers and posters which will be posted on each of
the members’ social media accounts (Instagram, twitter, face book.) We will also ask our friends
and families to help in promoting our business.

 Goals/Objectives and Strategies of the Business

Our business aims to gain/ profit beyond our starting capital and we also want to satisfy our
target customers or the people who would buy in our stall.
As for our strategies, we will maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our stall, keep a positive
vibe and peaceful relationship within the business owners, do our assigned task properly and to
give our very best during the days of our entrepreneurial activities.

 Business Policies

For our policies…

- The cook and the maintenance for the day should wear hair nets. If not, there will be a
deduction of 5 php in their share.
- Everyone should have clean and nicely cut nails, otherwise, there will be a deduction of 5
php.
- A deduction of 20 php for every 10 minutes of tardiness.
- A deduction of 15 php when not in proper uniform.
- Phones should be fully charged before the entrepreneurial activity starts.
- A withdrawal of 50 php in their shares per absences.

Manager He/ she is in charge of the overall aspect of the business and drives the work
of others in order to run a major business efficiently and make a large profit.

Asst. Manager He/ she takes charge of other important matters while the manager is not
around or at work.
Finance He/ she is in charge of the money coming in and out of the business and
records it.
Logistics He/ she is in charge of the products given or being delivered to the customers.

Marketing He/ she is in charge of promoting the products of the business organization.

Production He/ she is responsible in the making of the product.

Sanitation/ Maintenance He/ she is responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the place where
the business is located.
