Business Idea:
The fur cafe is from my dedication and passion in making animals especially pets at home to be
cared for and loved everyday. The idea was to make an inspired cafe that will captivate the hearts of fur
parents to experience one of a kind cafe motif. Fur cafe will provide both product and service to the
customers. The main purpose is to give home for pets and their fur parents a space for them to bond in an
exclusive and safe place. The cafe encourages all the fur parents to experience a one of a kind location for
more discovering about animal pets. It is unique and not most areas have its idea of having the interior of
an animal design and it will surely captivate all the fur lovers out there.

Business Mission:
At Fur Cafe, we connect passionate people, trusted brands and committed retailers to bring pets
the very best. We provide the knowledge and support to help our partners grow. Together, we help pets
live happier, healthier lives. Because when pets thrive, the people who love and care for them do too. To
make nutrition a cornerstone of the veterinary environment.

promoting social development and creating real value out of something that we achieve. To offer our
loyal customers privileges to pamper their pets and to continuously encourage everyone to embrace the

Fur Cafe is a symbolism of taking care of passion in loving animals. I arrived at the name by
simply imagining the exact set up of the cafe that mainly subjects the influence and dedication of my
personality towards pets. Above all, the main point is the totality of my attitude and resilience towards
home pets.

listening to their needs.

your pets and giving them the love and attention they deserve as well with fur parents.

 Accessories/Souvenirs - leashes, clothes, toys, containers and many more.

Target Market & Demographic:


Fur Cafe target audiences are free from all ages and genders since it serves a healthy environment
and nutritious food. The cafe is built with no discrimination towards the perspective and ambitions of the
customers in life. We encourages every customer to experience the feelings and importance of animals.
Fur cafe is located near park of Araneta city where pets and owners usually go for a jog daily. Our target
market are the pet owners whose daily go for a healthy exercise and who provides care routines for pets.

Marketing:
Customers can visit our physical store from Monday - Sunday at 7AM - 5PM. Foods and drinks
are available depending on the menu of the day. For everyone who cant visit on the store physically you
can visit our social medias store for easy orders and transactions. Fur Cafe offers online services in
Grabfood, Foodpanda and Uber Eats. For promotions and advertisements we will use online platforms as
a broad promotion of the cafe.

The profit of Fur Cafe will be saved on the bank for future plans and investments. Some of the
money will be donated to some of the compound's shelter who cares for animals that are lacking financial
and food support. The accumulated profit will be managed by the marketing department of cafe to
maximize the needed expenses and things to improve for the cafe to operate in a more fast and reliable
store. The money will be inventor-ed weekly to forecast if the store is profiting a daily market target.
