a business such as the reason why the entrepreneurs wish to pursue their business, its goals,

mission, and vision, as well as the target market of said business entity and most importantly, the

financial data which is a crucial part when starting a business.

A. Executive Summary

JPAV Sweet Palitaw, a lowkey starting business which persists to promote native

delicacy-- specifically palitaw-- in a new generation market, which is typically drawn into instant

foods. But to make it more appealing to the customers, we brainstormed and mixed it with an

innovation we came up with, thus, launching the first ever “Palitaw Balls” in the trade market.

We envisioned our now minor business to be known not only in the locality, but

hopefully, nationwide to continuously encourage everyone, regardless of their demographics, to

patronize the product rather than the foreign food and delicacies which seemed to be invading

the Philippine market.

History of the Company

JPAV Sweet Palitaw is a business which came from the innovative minds of Vincent

Cayaba, Rica Dumapit, Angel Grace Ferrer, Pamela Fidelino and Marjeth Nangca. It started only

as an idea as they tried to formulize food that is both cheap and will promote the native

delicacies of the town as an instrument to promote culture.

The young entrepreneurs also wish to pave their way to success not only in the locality

but in the neighboring town as well. And as years go by, hopefully, the business will develop as

part of the everyday sweet delicacy option nationwide and in the global market.

JPAV is derived from the initials of the original owners of the business (Jeth, Pamela,

Angel and Vincent). They started off as groupmates during their twelfth grade first semester

research study and eventually decided to establish a business which will help them to achieve
