Executive Summary
 Opportunity to sell and ability to deliver it
- the methods of communication and the way people interact are quickly evolving
with the use of the interactive capabilities on the Internet by customers and
salespeople alike. So in selling our products we are gonna use social media as
one of our assets to sell our product especially right now that we are in the mids
of pandemic.
- In delivering our product, as a salesperson of course we need to take the risk to
deliver it to our customers if you wanted your business to grow.
 Puto is one of the famous Filipino Meriyenda for every Filipino, sometimes we also
wanted puto as our desserts in some special occasions. So we decided to put up a
“Makakulturang Negosyo”. In this Putolicious Homemade snacks, we just don’t
want our customers to be satisfied but we also want them to feel what Filipino
culture really is just with a bite to our Homemade putos.

III. Your product/ Service


 This Puto Cheese recipe uses simple ingredients to make the perfect, delicious
Puto.
 These are the Ingredients that we used to make one of the famous Filipino
Homemade snack “Puto”
- Flour 1kl
- Sugar 1kl
- Butter milk 1/2kl
- Egg 7pcs
- Water 7cups
- Calumet 2 sachet
- Cheddar Cheese Cube
- Food coloring (any color)
 PROCEDURE/INSTRCUTIONS:
- For the first step, In a mixing bowl we combined the sugar, flour, butter milk
and the
7 pcs of eggs. And then we mixed and stir up all the first following ingredients
until
the batter becomes smooth.
- For the second step, We Added the water, and the Calumet and mixed it
well for a minute or two.
- After that we added food coloring to our product and mixed it also to make
our puto to look more Interesting and alluring to our customers.
- And then, We putted Spoon batter into 1-ounce muffin tins until 3/4 full.
And we Steamed it for 15 minutes.
- Lastly, after the puto has been already steamed we putted some cheddar
cheese on top of it.
- And now our homemade puto is ready to serve.

 Our products price was quite affordable since we used affordable but has good
quality ingredients for the reason that we believe that good products comes from
good ingredients. And Good products make good process and proper quality control.
 We priced our product based on our incurred cost, target market and expected
competitor.
 We sold our product through distributing it to the market of Barretto. We also sold
our product through personal selling to our friends and to my co-worker. We also
accept advanced order for special occasion like birthdays, Christmas; etc. this is to
lessened our cost instead of putting up stalls or stores.
 It is affordable
 Not seasonal, so you can order anytime
 It Taste Unique and delicious
 Unique texture

V. Your target Costumers


 Our particular target market would be anyone because one of our main objectives is
to satisfy everyone's cravings with our creamy puto product. Our creamy puto
product is suitable for snack time and other special occasions.
 Our Famous Filipino Homemade snack “Puto” doesn’t have a specifically target
market due to the fact that our product is Good for everyone, whatever your gender
is or whatever your age is. We ensure that our customers can buy it at an affordable
price, but it will satisfy their cravings. That's also why our customers keep buying our
product, they typically purchase it when there's an occasion or a holiday, and
sometimes on a regular day.

VI. Promotion and Advertising


 We will promote our product by using Social media. We will take advantage on the
internet since majority of the people are now using advance technology and online
selling is one of the most trends in the Internet Industry right now and this is also a
good way to promote and sell our product.
 When it comes on advertisement, we will have our DIY logo of our product name
that we will expose online.

 Our competitors are the company and business who has same product as puto and
pastries. We all know that there so many existing bakeries and pastries in the
market.

 Strength and Weakness of our competitors


- The strength of our competitors is they are the one who launched first in the
market so probably they already have costumers and known by the people
in the market. Then the weaknesses will be, many companies selling puto in
the market but on the other hand we all know that there is a high demand
for food product.

- Since there is so many existing puto out there, we want our product to be
unique in terms of the ingredients, price, and services to offer. The strength
of Putolicious is we have the unique ingredients, which give a delicious taste
and floppiness in our puto product.

Then we offer a budget friendly price, so we can accommodate larger


market from teenager to adults.

We will make sure that it is a budget friendly, and convenient for our
customers, we will also do our best to meet the consumers expectation in
terms of the product expectations and taste of preference.

- Strength
The strength of Putolicious is the ingredients which are achievable and
cheaply in comparison. Puto is available for all season and most of the
Filipino love it. In the Philippines puto is present in every celebration. Plus,
we offer a budget friendly to accommodate the larger market.
- Weaknesses
The only weakness that may become visible is dealing with the competitors
and other puto product in the market. Plus, the unstable price of the
ingredients and we do not have loyal costumer yet.
- Opportunity
As well as its strength it is also the opportunity of this business to develop,
innovate and grow to build an attraction for our future costumer. It is an
opportunity for the team to manage and produce are product well because
there is a high demand for food product like puto.

- Threat
The threat can be the competition in the existing fast food who offer puto in
the market and the survival stage of the business brought by the new
normal.
