1. This office has received an information that your school is collecting TWO HUNDRED PESOS
(P200.00) from each graduating student and more than FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE PESOS
contribution for television set.

2. Despite all the DepEd Orders and Policies on prohibited collection, the information on the
collection in your school can be considered as violation on these DepEd Orders.

3. Thus, you are hereby ordered to file your written comment/explanation, within SEVENTY-
TWO HOURS (72) from receipt of this memorandum as to the information on the
collection/s being made in your school.

4. Strict compliance to this memorandum is hereby ordered.
