Walls throughout numerous classrooms have chipped paint, missing ceiling tiles and are in need high dusting. Pain chipping from ceiling over pool.

Floors dirty in numerous classrooms including debris especially in corners. Many heat rails contained debris and needed cleaning. Room 217 has a hole in the wall from
construction work. Engineer is aware and stated she will be covering it.
17. Restrooms Score: Serious 1 B
Second floor boys room has a broken toilet seat. Faucets do not remain on for 30 seconds.
18. Restrooms Score: Critical 1 F
No hot water in first floor girls and boys restroom. No hot water in Network 3 kitchen and bathroom. Second floor restrooms did not have consistent hot water.
19. Basement / Engineering Facilities Score: Critical A
20. Safety Score: Serious A
Green light not blinking on AED in main office. Battery low. AED beeping in pool area, battery low.
