To Whom It May Concern:

For the 2016-2017 school year, I received the assignment as Mentor

Teacher for Alison Lord. Alison Lord is an exemplary member of the Early Light
Academy Team. This year her duties included History Fair Committee and
Culture Fair Committee as well as her duties in her individual day-to-day
classroom.
I had the opportunity to visit her classroom on several occasions and see
her interactions with her students. Alison has the ability to keep her class on task
while developing good rapport with her students.
In addition, Alison took on the additional role this year of team lead. This
required the attendance of early morning meetings with other team leads and the
school leadership team. Alison was then responsible to convey information and
training back to her grade level team in a weekly grade level meeting.
I appreciate Alison as a colleague and a friend and look forward to many
more years of collaboration together.
