During the 2015­2016 our Mentor team met on several occasions.  This team 
consisted of Anjanette Armstrong, Ashley Tanner, Alison Lord, and Shannon 
Berry.  As a group we discussed topics such as classroom management 
strategies, Movement in the classroom, and Leader in Me strategies. We 
each were able to talk about our year and the progress or frustrations 
each team member had.  I feel like we all supported each other through 
this year by sharing our missteps and successes in the classroom.  I feel 
that these women grew this year as they supported each other and myself in 
our quest to keep students engaged in learning and grow throughout the 
year.
