"BUT WHAT IF I'M SCHEDULED

AND I CAN'T COME IN?"
Whether you are sick, have an emergency, or something simply came up, contact a manager
as soon as you know of the conflict. Even if you're pretty sure that you asked for that day
off, please let us know so we can determine where the miscommunication happened so we can
avoid it happening again!
If you are "calling out" of your shift, be it the day of or a week beforehand, you are
responsible for finding someone to cover your shift unless explicitly told otherwise. You can
find contact info for all of your coworkers on workforce under the "reports" section. The
second thing to note is that ALL shift swaps and coverage MUST be approved by a manager
ahead of time! That includes myself (Chris), Megan, Genevieve, Dan and Kevin.

FEEDBACK
"The purchase process was quick
and easy. Haley sold me the
tickets and signed me up for
Stubbs for the Tuesday discount.
It was very fast and she was very
easy to deal with."
"Going to AMC Assembly Row is
a very pleasant experience from
the cleanliness of the theatre to
the employees. The seats are so Where can we improve?
comfortable; I feel like I’m sitting
in my living room watching a
movie."
It was the first time I went there
(usually went to Woburn) and I
did not know what to expect and
boy was I pleasantly surprised!!!
Right from the front door to the
ticket agent to the ticket receiver,
such a pleasant atmosphere. The
Bathrooms were pleasantly
clean............all I could say was 'oh
my gosh' this place is incredibly
great and we already were looking According to our guests, we are doing a great job cleaning during
at the 'oldies' movies advertised on certain time periods, but are slipping during the 4PM-6PM and
9PM-11PM slots. Make sure we are checking restrooms and the
the boards!! So many places to marketplace on a regular basis in addition to clearing the theatres!
purchase food etc....you are doing
a great job!!! We'll be back!!!
WINNER WINNER!
The winner of this month's Stubs contest is Haley S, with an
outstanding 3.2% sign-up rate! For those who are unfamiliar,
this is how the scoring works: your total number of
memberships sold (1 point per premiere, 1/3 per insider) are
divided by your total number of transactions. Going forward, we
will be providing weekly updates on the rankings here and in
the break room.
The winner each month is provided with a private auditorium to
do with as they please for a whole afternoon/evening, and can
invite whoever they like to join them! We've previously
connected video games, a blu-ray player for youtube/movies,
and currently screening films; and can accommodate anything
with an hdmi cable!

That's all for this week! Thanks for reading our first ever issue of "In
the Know in the Row!" I'll be posting a new issue roughly around
Tuesday evening in workforce, and printed copies will be available at
guest services and the break room. For now, feel secure coming to your
shifts with the knowledge that you'll be... In The Know.
