The Introduction of this Task

This assignment helps you to learn the components of the main system and their way of
communication. It makes you understand the different types of System software which are
available and their abilty to specify a computer and to meet the needs of the user.

This Includes Carryout routine system maintenance and their upgrades and including a test
which can evaluate the computer system. The Task includes the Explanation of the
Environments of the computer systems their roles their usage and the technology .

There are six types of environments where the computer systems are available

1. Science
2. Medicine
3. Government
4. Offices
5. Banks
6. Home

Science

The Computer Systems in science play the central role in developing and applying scientific
knowledge , They provide the learning of science.

The Computer systems are used in the two different types of sciences the medical science and
space science.

In Medical Science Computers are used to simulate the functions of the parts of the human
body For Example They can simulate cell division , the internal structure molecules a virus or
a bacteria disease etc.

Medicine

The Computer Systems in medicine helps the doctor’s physicians and medical researchers
discover test and apply medical techniques in the hospitals around the world.

They allow the infrastructure to allow medical ideas and knowledge to be created filed and
shared globally with other medical professionals

Government

Like businesses many states and federal governments around the world use computer systems
many government employees use them to distribute various reports and the government
issued computers numerous software programmes such as word excel and PowerPoint.
The Roles of the Computer System in the government include various e-mail functions
payment distributions and even coordinating emails.

Offices

The Computer Systems are used in Offices by employees and workers to create files make
design for their projects to make their work easy.
Bank

Banks use various types of computer system to carry out day to day and regular tasks. They
use various personals to carry out transactions process customer needs and future cash
forecasts.
Banks use mainframe computers which are large and enough to fill the entire working area
of the bank to handle small hand held digital banking assistants.

Home

Computer systems in houses can be used for creating the budget of the home which includes
your daily expenses and income. They can use for online work and studying online

Task 03
Personal Computers (PC)

The Personal Computers defines a computer designed for general use by a single person.
Personal Computers are known as macro computers because they are a complete computer
but built on a smaller scale than the big systems in use by the computers.

Personal Digital Assistants (PDA)

They are tightly integrated computers which depend on Flash Memory. This Computer
doesn’t have a keyboard but relies on touchscreen technology for user input.
It is useful only for storage and retrieval capabilities for personal or Business uses.

Workstation

The workstation computer is simply a desktop computer which has a powerful processor
additional memory.
It has enhanced capabilities for performing group tasks like 3D development and game
development.

Super Computer

This computer costs nearly a thousand or a millions of money .Many Computer systems are
single handed systems while most are created as multiple high performance computers
working as a parallel system.

Wearable Computer

The Wearable computers are the latest trends. Essentially Common computer applications are
now integrated into watches cell phones and even clothes.

The operating system and the computers which we have in design for in I techno Colombo
headquarters is Windows and HP .The system which we have in mind can meet the
requirements of the Company. The latest Window operating system has many features with
speed and capacity in which it can perform high tasks regularly. It has the Capability to
implement the Cloud Computing technology and contains Virtualization Technologies. In HP
Computers Contains more GB Ram installed and makes every work faster. These Computers
contain High Security.

All the Computers have an graphic card which makes the Graphic features of the computer a
better performance and a cooling system which makes the computers cool and no backup
problems will ever occur.

The Maintenance of the HP Computers are given for 8 years

The above screenshots display the details of the hardware and software which are installed in
the system. The Operating system is Windows 10 64 bit Which is installed on 18/09/17 with
the serial number RKRDY-FJPJB-X63WF-P2TBQ-PYT6R.

There are three softwares installed in the system and they are

This user guide provides you the guidance on how to perform Activity 05 06 and 07

The above mentioned details of the hardware and software which are installed into the system
can be found by various tools which can be downloaded in the internet and they can accessed
clearly about the details of the operating system of your computer.

The Settings and functionality of the display, Sounds and Input Devices can be accessed
through the same feature by downloading a Diagnostic tool from the internet and it performs
the task of checking the settings and functions of the display Sounds and Input devices of the
system.

When clicking on the panel of the operating system various details of the system can be
found out and can be seen via a graph it shows the performance rate of the system and also
the pheripials of the system.

Task 07
When a new software never works on the usual operating system while the other software’s
on the system are working Its better to install and run a Second operating system on the
virtual drive in the virtual machine software interface than repartitioning and install the same
in the multi boot environment.

Click the Microsoft logo on your computer where it guides to menu and click desktop.

The Windows Setup will open and it gives us the list of the operating system which we need
to select and install.

It leads to the Server manager and a Dashboard which displays the Roles and Server Groups
