assignment to put forth my best effort and do a quality job.

I have worked hard in continuing my education and in my employment. I believe it is important to set goals
for both big and small tasks not only for myself, but students as well.
In working full time and attending college I have focused on time management. It is also something that I
have integrated into my classroom.

COMMUNICATION
I believe communication is essential, especially with parents, teachers, students, principals, and districts.
Effective communication can bridge the gap between communities I am very concerned with the well-being
of others and good communication also helps to facilitate needed conversations.
