Setting the Rexroth Port relief pressure’s when functions have a L.S relief
Check the pressure as per the function
Increase L.S pressure setting by 1 full turn clock wise
Pressure should now read the Port Relief setting
Adjust the port relief to the correct setting
Reset the L.S setting to the correct setting

Saw Oiler Operation
The Chain bar oiler operates with pressure
from the saw bar out operation and returns
with the saw bar return operation
This operates a pistion pump inside the oiler
pump which displaces chain bar oil

If the Chain bar oil runs out it may

be required to bleed the oiler
pump
1- Loosen 2 x check valves with 1”
spanner until oil runs out around
the thread
2- tighten 2 x check valve
3- If oiler operation is slow check
the screen in the brass fitting
mounted on the oiler pump
